Werkzaamheden

Your tasks
• Responsible for site management and controlling of the access roads, crane hardstands and foundation works;
• Coordination and management of sub-contractors in regards to time and quantity;
• Quality-, time- and cost control as well as quantity control and surveying for all activities;
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements will be obeyed by all parties;
• Accomplish the project time schedule;
• Provide project reports detailing the development of construction works on site;
• Collaboration with the Site Manager Installation and the Project Manager in order to optimize the on site activities and to meet the
defined targets;
• Compilation of the necessary documentation of all civil works.

Eisen

Your qualifications
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering with some years of experience on construction sites / experience in site
management;
• Or: Technical Education (MTS) or similar technical education with several years of experience on construction sites / experience in
site management;
• Experience with concrete works, road construction works or underground construction works preferred;
• Team player with excellent management skills;
• Proactive, target-orientated, organization talent, flexible;
• Excellent communication skills in English and basics in German.
